The location and ambience of the hotel, the size and finish of the room are all exceptional. The West Kowloon waterfront is a mere 100 meters from the front window.

I love this hotel. Location is close to the MTR yet not in a busy area, so perhaps this helps drive the moderate price. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. I like the concept of carving out a small, boutique hotel in what is otherwise a residential building. This is my second stay, and I will be back!

The location is not far away from the transportation and shopping center, which is quite friendly to travelers. The room is much bigger and we even received a surprisingly upper level suit. Very quiet place and nice view.

The rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet, although the hotel does not have a bar/ restaurant they did provide breakfast (at a charge) which was very delicious. It is like a very boujee B&B!

Was upgraded to a Junior Suite at the time of booking. The room was huge. Separate kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom. Lavish interior design. Gym with plenty of equipment. Very quiet hotel. Not too many rooms.
